Refund policy
Iron Monkey Lifestyle products are made to order. Each item is printed or produced individually once your order is placed, which means we do not hold stock and nothing can be returned to a shelf. Please read this policy before ordering.
Return window
You have 30 days from the delivery of the last item in your order to contact us about a return or a quality issue. Requests made after 30 days cannot be accepted.
Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or is not the item you ordered, email us at ironmonkeybar@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photograph of the item showing the problem. If several items share the same fault, one photograph showing all of them together is enough.
Where the fault is ours, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund. In most cases you will not need to send the item back to us.
Packages that never arrive
If tracking shows no delivery, please report it within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can open a claim with the carrier. Before contacting us, check with household members, neighbours, and your local carrier depot, as parcels are often held or handed to someone else.
Change of mind, size, and colour
Because every item is produced individually for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, an incorrect size chosen at checkout, or a colour that differs from expectation. Please consult the size guide and product photographs carefully before ordering. Screen settings can affect how colours appear.
If we do agree to accept a return outside the terms above, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee. Do not send anything back before receiving written approval and a return address from us; unapproved returns cannot be accepted or refunded.
Order cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes of being placed, provided production has not yet begun. After production starts, the order cannot be cancelled or amended. If you spot an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately. Where a parcel is returned to us because the address given was incomplete or incorrect, the cost of reshipping is the customer's responsibility.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards, digital downloads, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned or refunded.
European Union and United Kingdom customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition and packaging, and you will need your proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Refunds
Once a refund is approved, it is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the funds to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund, please contact us.
