Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 2–5 business days. Processing may take longer during holidays, product launches, or periods of high demand. Personalized and print-on-demand products may require additional production time.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout when applicable. Delivery times vary based on the product, destination, fulfillment location, and carrier.

Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Iron Monkey Lifestyle is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Tracking

When tracking is available, the tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with the order. Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update.

Incorrect Addresses and Returned Packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after production or fulfillment has started.

If a package is returned because the address provided was incomplete or incorrect, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping it.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs where applicable.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbours, the carrier, and the delivery location before contacting us.
